The communication & understanding between Owner and Agent has been outstanding.
Within the last 15 years or so that I have delt with M5 Industrial, the communication & understanding between Owner and Agent has been outstanding.
The fact that Dan ( the man) listens to what type of tenants are required and Not required for a property is on point. Then to go out and find the right people for a property is right on the Money.
Even if a tenant decides to go rogue for whatever reason, I still know that Dan has covered all bases to check their previous rental background. For this reason, I will not hold anything against him if something went wrong.
The fact that Dan and myself can talk openly with each other and not sugar coat all the crap out there is priceless.
I really appreciate that Dan can provide sound and honest information in regards to a good or bad deal. Something that we have spoken about in the past.
I would like to hope that we can continue this business/ friendship that we have for many years to come.

My properties in Kingsgrove are managed by Michelle Kocanov, Jo Tracey & Sarah Riddell & they are the best ladies in the management of my Unit. Sarah Riddell always pays the rent either the day before or on the same day. I am so happy to do business with M5 industrial!

No Other Agents Compare
I cannot recommend M5 Industrial enough! I’ve had many agents from different agencies in the past and none have compared with the service I’ve received by M5, in particular from our agent, Isaac Neary. We had to upgrade into a bigger warehouse and unfortunately meant breaking our lease. Isaac facilitated the entire process and found a new tenant within days and could not believe how seamless the transition was. The team at the office including Isaac are also very prompt and attentive resolving any issues that arise with the building such as plumbing, electrical, etc. A team like M5 is exactly what you’re wanting when it comes to an agent. Thank you team!
