About me
Dan Biner is a specialist industrial property negotiator and the Licensee in Charge at M5 Industrial Property Services.
Dan has over 20-years’ experience in commercial and industrial property. Dan is an award-winning agent in the Ray White Commercial network performing as one of the Top 10 Agents in Australia.
In 2013 Dan purchased 50% of the M5 Industrial business he had worked in over the years as both an agent and the sales manager. By 2019, Dan had worked his way to the top and became the sole owner / operator of M5 Industrial.
When Dan became the Sole Director of the business he began to modify and adjust the business practices to be in line with his personal core values.
Dans personal values of honesty, integrity, trustworthiness, and fairness are evident in his work as an agent and in his business leadership.
